The Kitchen Sink is our comprehensive planning package where Elizabeth will be by your side every step of the way. We’re talking speed-dial here.

The Somewhere In-Between is exactly that: Elizabeth will be there from the start, guiding your planning and offering advice throughout your engagement. This package will keep you from getting sucked into the black hole of wedding planning stress and keep you focused on the cupcakes and glitter.

The One Fine Day package will ensure all of your plans go off without a hitch. You’re organized and detail-oriented and you’ve been planning your wedding for months. Let Elizabeth execute your vision so that you can just enjoy.

the kitchen sink (comprehensive planning) - $3,000
this package includes the following:

• complimentary needs assessment at beginning of contract with anticipation events
• one in-person meeting to discuss overall aesthetic and style of wedding, general advice and budget overview and breakdown
• vendor research and recommendations for every aspect of your wedding
• venue visits: client's choice of top three venue visits to be completed on one mutually convenient day 
• vendor contract review and negotiations
• meetings with potential vendors as needed
  
• creation and revision of wedding day time line, vendor contacts, and checklists
• unlimited availability for questions and advice via email or phone from date of contract signing
  
• ceremony rehearsal coordination
• scheduling of appointments with vendors
• design consulting – theme, color, décor ideas
• ceremony rehearsal coordination
• + one fine day package

somewhere in-between (we’ll meet in the middle) - $1,600
this package includes the following:

• complimentary needs assessment at beginning of contract with anticipation events
• one in-person meeting to discuss overall aesthetic and style of wedding, general advice and budget overview and breakdown
• top five recommendations for each vendor category based on style and budget provided to couple by anticipation events for couple to contact
• venue visits: client's choice of top three venue visits to be completed on one day
• creation and revision of wedding day timeline, vendor contacts, and checklists
• unlimited availability for questions and advice via email or phone
• delivery of payment/gratuities to vendors on wedding day
• ceremony rehearsal coordination
• + one fine day package

one fine day (day-of-coordination) - $800
this package includes the following:

• one consult meeting prior to contracting with anticipation events
• one walk-through at reception venue and ceremony location
• unlimited availability for questions and advice via email or phone three months prior to the wedding
• review of wedding day timeline, vendor contacts, and checklists
• confirmations with all vendors the week of the wedding
• delivery of payment/gratuities to vendors on wedding day
• decor and centerpiece set-up (morning of the wedding)  and tear-down for reception (end of wedding day)
• wedding day coordination (12 hours--to be mutually agreed upon based on set-up start time)*

*additional hours can be added and will be billed at $50/hour

All pricing is based on weddings with 150 guests and for weddings taking place within Chicago city limits. Travel prices for events outside the city will be quoted based on the current standard mileage rate, accommodations and travel expenses.
